Shipping Destinations
Forever Young Wellness currently ships skincare orders within the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. We process orders Monday–Friday. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping for orders below $70: $8
- Standard shipping for orders of $70 or more: Free
- Express shipping: $15
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Available shipping options and final charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 2–3 business days. This estimate does not include the 1-business-day processing period.
Delivery estimates may vary by destination and shipping method. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Order Updates
Shipment information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details will be included when available.
Delivery Address
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos, if applicable. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
Returns
Return requests for unopened, unused skincare products must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery. Products must remain in their original packaging with any seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before mailing a return and review our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
