RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Forever Young Wellness accepts return requests for unopened, unused skincare products within 2 calendar days of delivery. Products must remain in their original packaging with any seals intact.

To request a return, email info@foreveryoungwellness.net with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us before mailing your return so we can provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Approved refunds will be issued within 3 days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

We also accept exchange requests for unopened, unused products within 2 calendar days of delivery, with original packaging and seals intact. Email info@foreveryoungwellness.net before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
